M-am plimbat, m-am vazut cu oameni care, in ciuda parerii generale despre jucatorii de WoW, sunt perfect normali, si mi-am luat o zi in plus de pauza ca sa obtin inca ceva.

Nu ma atrage ideea de conventie (prea multe cozi, prea mare bataia de cap), dar descrierea asta ma face sa vreau sa merg la una: “There were scores upon scores—an ironic word, perhaps—of Twilight fans, all wheezing over Robert Pattinson and flitting virginally a-shimmer about the hall. …dar elfita de aici nu ma face sa vreau sa iau questul. Da, sunt o persoana superficiala, o nenorocita care nu va juca hoarda pur si simplu pentru ca arata urat.

Dar elfita mea e adorabila. In poza, intr-un moment important al vietii ei: Outland pe cont propriu, fara un main pe server si deci fara ajutor banesc, boosturi sau BoA. Am decis ca nu merita totusi bataia de cap, asa ca e 59 si asteapta transferul pe Alonsus, unde o s-o umplu de jucarii portocalii de sus pana jos.

We must have tried shooting the scene two dozen times and someone always screws it up. Worse yet, we keep having to put shooting on hold while they get their armor repaired.”

“But the more computer-literate you are, the less likely you are to be reading long-form works on those screens — that’s because computer-literate people do more things with their computers. We run IM and email and we use the browser in a million diverse ways. We have games running in the background, and endless opportunities to tinker with our music libraries. The more you do with your computer, the more likely it is that you’ll be interrupted after five to seven minutes to do something else. Asta e partea in care voi imi recomandati ce sa vad in Olanda & Belgia. Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haga, Bruxelles si imprejurimi.

Pentru ca eu nu pot sa ma bucur cum trebuie de o vacanta fara sa fac planuri cu o luna jumate inainte…

Imi trebuie un rucsac de vreo 60 litri. Problema: nu trebuie sa ma tina in timp ce ma sui pe munti sau fac alpinism, deci nu vreau sa dau pe el 3-4-5 milioane. Trebuie doar sa tina la niste drumuri de la hotel la gara si inapoi.

Deci:
a) Stie cineva unde as putea sa caut? Magazinele gen Himalaya nu par sa aiba decat rucsaci rucsacuri bune si scumpe, prin Carrefour n-am mai fost demult, iar in Decathlon niciodata. Poate are cineva mai multa experienta cu asa ceva.

b) Are cineva un rucsac de genul asta pe care il poate imprumuta la inceputul lunii septembrie?
